AdvancedMD Software Names Paul Henry as Vice President of Practice Direct Sales
Salt Lake City - December 3, 2009 - AdvancedMD® Software, Inc., a leader in web-based practice management, billing and EMR applications for medical practices and medical billing services, announced that it has appointed Paul Henry, as the company’s vice president of practice direct sales. In his new role, Henry is responsible for sales operations supporting all independent practice opportunities. Henry becomes part of the executive management team, reporting to Eric Morgan, President and CEO.
Henry joins AdvancedMD following a 19-year sales career, including leading sales teams for Monster.com during a time when the company grew from $60M to $1.3B. In his last role at Monster, he was responsible for growing the staffing industry vertical from $50M to $70M, managing a team of 40 inside sale representatives. During his eight years with Monster, Henry was continuously recognized as a top sales performer and member of the President’s Club.
His most recent position prior to AdvancedMD was as Regional Sales VP for JobFox, an east coast startup which developed sophisticated Internet-based technology designed to match job candidates with employers. As Regional VP, he managed a team of 30 outside reps, covering the eastern half of the U.S. During his tenure at JobFox, sales revenue grew 900% between 2007 and 2008, while the number of sales offices grew from three to ten. Jobfox was founded by the former CEO and founder of CareerBuilder.
