Built right into our EHR software are a myriad of reports dedicated to helping you track your progress to achieving and demonstrating Meaningful Use
Enable the ability to view and track progress toward achieving measures
Generate by objective, a detailed list of the patients who meet the criteria and patients who do not meet the criteria
A simple-to-follow measures guide with reporting definitions to better understand the requirements of each objective
We've integrated Meaningful Use tracking right within our EHR software to help automate and simplify the complexities of meeting the MU requirements. These are the tools that help you get on track:
Simply opening the patient chart displays and confirms required MU data is retained in the patient chart, such as the patient’s medications, allergies, problem list, smoking status, test results
Don't recreate note templates just for Meaningful Use. Use your existing note templates and simply map the fields to the required fields for MU measures
Make patient engagement fun and secure with patient communication via messaging, plus patients can review their CCD
Protocols to simplify the CDS requirements by triggering alerts based on auto rules and a wide variety of criteria such as gender, problem list, test results and note field values
Lets you generate reports of patients based on gender, age, problem/diagnosis and test results
Once entered into the digital chart, patient data is retained helping you meet the MU objectives
