  • Work in individual or aggregate databases with a single login
  • Manage batch functions like claims, statements, day close, and more with a single click
  • Effortlessly handle providers working in multiple locations
  • No need to synchronize or merge data- it's always up to date with AdvancedMD®

AdvancedMD®'s Central Billing module is the godsend billing offices have been waiting for. By allowing you to work individually OR across all your databases, you eliminate a host of time-wasting headaches that you put up with in other billing software.

Open patient records, regardless of the office location, from a single login. When taking calls from patients, an AdvancedMD® user simply enters last name or SSN and the patient(s) matching those criteria are selected from all available offices. Transactions and other changes can then be made to individual patients. No more "log out, log in" games!

Perform aggregate functions such as insurance claims, patient statements, day-close processes, and other functions across multiple office databases with a single click. This feature alone can save hours of work each week, and ensure better consistency of operation.

Multi-Office reports are available that can help assess the profitability of one office versus another. Individual offices, however, can only see data and reports for their practice.

In addition, AdvancedMD® Tools enable you to specialize your billing staff by function, such as claims, statements or customer service. This allows you to operate at maximum efficiency by working quickly and using resources to the best of their abilities.

5 more ways to gain efficiency with AdvancedMD®

1. Train offices to scan insurance cards into patient records for access from the billing operation. Offices can also be trained to scan EOBs, charge slips and other documents for rapid access at the billing center.

2. Use automatic pop-up patient messages to ensure office front-desk staff collect money or other information from patients.

3. Leverage charge entry done by office personnel while maintaining quality control by reviewing charges prior to final posting. Access controls allow you to limit or revoke privileges on an individual basis.

4. Work from home, a regional office or a practice location as long as there is a PC with Internet access.

5. Grant individual access to real-time reports for select practice personnel.
