Collect the Co-pay at the Time of Service
Patient portions or co-pay amounts are calculated upfront and made available to you during patient check-in or check-out. You have the ability to capture the patient portion either during the check-in or check-out process. Your staff is able to post payments and provide a receipt of the visit.
Know the Patient Deductable
Patient deductible amounts can be determined with eEligibility. By verifying this amount upfront, you are able to collect your revenue more quickly, or at least have the discussion with the patient about payment options.
