Appointment Scheduling
Practice staff utilizes the appointment scheduling system to enter patient appointments and collect basic demographic information.
The system displays payments and any outstanding patient or family balances at the time of scheduling so staff members can provide the patient with a friendly reminder of amounts due at the time of service. The appointment scheduler is an integrated component of the ADP RCM system and is provided to our clients at no cost.
On the day of the visit, the system can preprint paper charge slips, populate online charge slips, or interface appointment data with an electronic health record system, depending upon your practice setup and desires.
