Throughout the entire revenue cycle process, ADP RCM incorporates an advanced series of both internal and external checks and balances. For example, audit reports are generated on a regular basis which compare the patients scheduled in the appointment scheduler (and not marked as a no-show or cancelled appointment) against claims generated for that day.
Any discrepancies are immediately addressed to make sure every patient is billed. We also offer more sophisticated audits. We believe that peace of mind should come standard.
