Our customers run software on what is known in the IT world as multi-tenant or hosted technology, which means all users share certain key functionality of the core application, such as the claims processing system, the scheduling application or EHR templates. Meanwhile, your proprietary practice data generated through the use of these core applications, such as patient records, the practice schedule or specific claims information, are securely-protected, enabling only authorized users to have access.
