Practice Analytics: What Should You Be Monitoring and Measuring to Ensure a Healthy, Profitable Practice?
Are you getting the maximum benefit from the data your practice software collects day after day? Whether you manage a solo practice, group practice or multiple practices, it's critical to the health of your practice to be able to answer the following types of questions: From which insurance carriers do you get the most denials? Who are your most important referring providers? How do the contributions of each partner vary over time? Is the ratio of new patients to existing patients healthy this year? Medical Practice Analytics unlocks the answers to these and other simple questions that can help you take your practice to a more successful level. This session will demonstrate how to automate the analysis, enabling you to manage your practice to greater profitability, in less time, through more effective and informative reports.
