Become a Beta Tester
If you are interested in applying for the Beta Tester program, let us know by completing our online Beta Registration Form. If you meet our test group criteria for that release, you may be contacted.
What Happens after I fill out the Beta Registration Form?
Once you fill out the form, you will be entered in our database of potential testers. If your office is selected to participate, a representative from AdvancedMD will contact you with a few additional questions and answer any preliminary questions you may have regarding your participation.
What are the Key Benefits of Being a Beta Tester?

- One-on-One contact through regular calls from our Beta coordinator
What are the Requirements of a Beta Tester?
- Have used AdvancedMD for a minimum of six months
- Provide a user with administrative rights to each workstation that will be available and on site during the Beta testing period which usually occurs 2-4 weeks prior to the General release
- Provide two contacts via phone who will be available at your office during the Beta testing period
- Be willing to respond to AdvancedMD requests for feedback on the Beta product
- Notify technical support of any problems or bugs
- Accommodate training for your office staff a day or two prior to Beta release (Most release training is one hour in length. However, for larger releases, training may be longer.)
- All of your users must log out of AdvancedMD production system by 6 p.m. MST the evening of the Beta release or at the time designated by AdvancedMD
- Provide an emergency contact person and cell phone number for the night of the Beta release (This contact number will only be used if users are sill logged into the Production system after 6 p.m. MST and AdvancedMD needs to contact your office.)
- During the Beta Test period, which typically last 4 weeks, your team will be conducting all their work on the AdvancedMD Beta system.
