A Blended Learning Approach that Suits All Learning Types
iLearn@ADP® – LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (iLearn for short)
At the center of your learning experience at ADP AdvancedMD is iLearn, which helps you access and keep track of your own learning. Through iLearn, one can sign up for classes, access manuals and quick reference guides, and launch training videos.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM TRAINING - Implementation Learning Series (ILS)
The Implementation Learning Series is designed for new clients to ADP AdvancedMD. An experienced instructor facilitates these interactive courses in a virtual classroom setting using Microsoft Office Live Meeting®. These classes are fairly comprehensive and include manuals that can be downloaded from iLearn. They offer the best combination of comprehensive instruction and participant interaction. Sessions are about 90 minutes long and each class in the series is held between 3 and 6 times a week depending on demand. Existing clients with new users can learn more about the ILS by contacting Client Experience.
ON-DEMAND VIRTUAL LEARNING SERIES (vLS)
If you are unable to get away for a 90 minute class or you want to move at your own pace – we understand. The vLS are a series of training videos that mirror the materials covered in the ILS. The videos can be accessed through iLearn. Each session is shorter than the corresponding ILS class and divided up into sections so that you skip to the parts you want to learn. These classes are flexible, comprehensive and designed for the learner who likes to go solo. Learn at your own pace – stop, rewind or fast forward. Complete in one setting or pause and return when you have more time. Sessions include accompanying workbooks to enhance comprehension. Best of all, they are available free of charge 24 X 7.
eLEARNING Series (eLS)
If you want the convenience of the vLS, but more interaction, our eLearning solution is right for you. These courses mirror the same content of the ILS and vLS, but incorporate more interactive elements to keep you engaged in the learning process. If you like to learn at your own pace utilizing audio, videos, simulations and quizzes, then eLearning is for you! Take advantage of learning your way with these free of charge and available 24 X 7 eLearning options.
ON-DEMAND TRAINING VIDEO LIBRARY
The On-Demand Training Video Library is available 24 X 7 through the ADP AdvancedMD PM and EHR Systems – directly from the user dashboard. The Library offers short, concise video training on specific areas of our application. These tutorials are free of charge and available with or without registering in iLearn.
Developing Experts In-house
CERTIFIED TRAINER
Certification training is available to our partners. Becoming a Certified Trainer prepares you to become an expert on either the ADP AdvancedMD PM or EHR system. The certification course is an intensive week-long study – facilitated by an expert instructor – and capped off with a certification test.
SUPPORT CERTIFIED
