We offer a variety of training methods including personal and web training, on-demand videos, and certification courses. With more than 265 combined years of health care experience, we are uniquely prepared to instruct your office staff on how to quickly get set up and productive on AdvancedMD.
Getting Started is a Snap
During the implementation process, your office is assigned a training professional to accommodate the training needs of your staff, and help them gain familiarity and proficiency with AdvancedMD software. Using your live data, we teach in a step-by-step fashion so you can experience the workflow of each area of the application. This approach helps you increase revenues more quickly through improved productivity with the claims processing engine.
Choose the Training Program that Best Fits your Needs
Live Onsite Training
If you prefer greater flexibility and private in-person training, onsite training may be right for you. We customize an agenda to meet the needs of your office. Onsite training does require that you have proper workstations to accommodate each user and a space that will give your staff uninterrupted time to learn the application.
One-on-one Web-based Training
You will be assigned a training professional who can meet your office’s scheduling needs. Working one-on-one with a trainer will provide your staff the flexibility to move at a pace that is comfortable. You will be training with live data which will minimize lag time as you transition to AdvancedMD Software.
Web-based Classroom Training
Instructor-led classroom training is designed to involve several offices in one training session. You will learn how to set up and use AdvancedMD to its fullest potential. These courses are designed to work in combination with the online training video library, enabling your office to get up to speed utilizing a low cost, yet proven training method.
On-demand Training Video Library
Available whenever you need additional training or a refresher course, our on-demand tutorials educate you in any area of the application. These tutorials are free of charge, and updated with every release. Use the videos to train new employees or to learn the latest features AdvancedMD has to offer to improve your productivity and success.
Developing Experts In-house
Certified Trainer
Certification training is available to our partners. Becoming a Certified Trainer gives you access to frequently asked questions (FAQs), documentation, and the ability to chat with other certified trainers participating in our Certified Trainer Forum. You also have access to the training staff at AdvancedMD University as you come across scenarios where you have questions.
Support Certified
After becoming a Certified Trainer, the next step is to become Support Certified. In these advanced training sessions you learn the skills and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and support the application.
Participate in the Annual AdvancedMD User Conference
Our annual user conference gives you an opportunity to meet and network with experienced office managers, physicians and other practice staff who have extensive knowledge of AdvancedMD and can share their best practices and productivity tips. Each event includes keynote speakers who educate on best practices and industry trends. Additionally, senior members of AdvancedMD provide insight into the direction of our company, and future advancements planned for the software. As part of the event, you are able to select from a range of product demonstrations, training sessions and industry overview sessions that best meet your needs and interests. Another favorite among attendees is our roundtable sessions, moderated by members of the development team.
