Keep Track of Outstanding A/R

Review your A/R weekly to make sure that the oldest accounts and those with the highest dollar values are dealt with first. Many offices work their A/R from A-Z and run out of time to review each account before the end of the month. Periodically review your A/R from Z-A to make sure important accounts are not overlooked.
