Auto-expire Patient Forms
We have enhanced the patient forms workflow by increasing the number of days before forms automatically expire. All uncompleted forms now auto-expire 30 days after the associated appointment date. Forms that are partially completed can still be reviewed and accepted by your practice, but will display an expired status in the Front Office app and in the Review tab in the Patient Forms check-in screen. Forms that were never started will be deleted from the system.
Prior to this enhancement, patient forms auto-expired one day after the associated appointment.
