Prompt to save diagnosis to problem list on sign

User Preferences (EHR)
A new user preference, Prompt to Save Diagnosis to Problem List on Sign, has been added to the EHR. This setting allows users to automatically add ICD codes from a saved and signed online charge slip to the patient’s Problem List.


Exclusions Information Screen

Claims Center – Exclusions (PM)
You can now view on-screen claim exclusion resolution information for many exclusions in the new Exclusion Information screen accessed from the Exclusions tab. This new screen saves you time by displaying the steps to resolve the exclusion error on screen while you are on the exclusions tab.


Appointment type setup

AdvancedPatient (PM)
We have added a new feature, Patient Forms to Add with Appointment, to the Appointment Type Setup master file that allows you to add patient forms to an appointment type. You can then choose to assign any or none of the forms to patients from the scheduled appointment.


Patient chart layout update

Mobile App (PM/EHR)
We have updated the layout of the patient chart on all chart screens so the patient photo, date of birth, and age now display at the top next to the patient name. Previously, the patient photo, date of birth, and age displayed on the side toolbar.

We are excited to announce that we have enhanced the credit card processing feature so now you can use chip and pin cards, and Apple PayTM and Google WalletTM cards. Along with this enhancement, we have updated the credit card processing screens with a new look and feel. Also, when a patient’s card expires, it will automatically be updated with the new expiration date.


Payment processing accounts

If your credit card processing system is converted from a PayPros® account to a chip and pin enabled OpenEdge® account, you will receive a new account token.
To assist you with this upgrade, we have enhanced the Payment Processing Accounts master file with a Mapping Old Tokens to New Token feature so you can easily assign your existing PayPros account tokens to your new OpenEdge account token.

We have removed the AdvancedMobile™ Apple Watch® extension to make updates based on new Apple® technology.


Front office check-in kiosk

The name of the Admin Check-in Kiosk is now Front Office Check-in Kiosk. You can see this change on the icon on your mobile device as well as when you log in.

• Select a custom date range using begin and end date fields
• Remove columns from the result grid
• In the Criteria section, the Remove link has been changed to an X button
• The Not check box has been relocated closer to the beginning of the criteria row
