Allegiance Group assigns an Account Success manager to each account to oversee the implementation and training for the onboarding of each new AdvancedMD customer using the COLLECTPlus system. The Account Success manager will assist the system users with performance reporting and determine strategies to continually improve cash recovery and staff efficiency.
