Charge Entry	Learn to set up and use episodes, multiple concurrent referrals, DME charges, CMN forms, complicated insurance and responsible party scenarios to efficiently enter charges.	2
Claims Center	Learn to proficiently use each tab of the claims center, including a review of the end-of-day process. You will receive help with correcting unbilled and exclusion errors, as well as learn to use EDI reports.	2
Payment Posting	Learn to use ERA, Quick Pay and Transaction Entry Payment screens to post insurance payments. Your trainer will share different ways to process patient payments in AdvancedMD.	2
A/R Control Center/Denial Tracking	Learn to utilize the A/R Control Center and denial tracking to improve your collections process and results—by accurately working on outstanding balances.	2
Patient Billing	Learn to send statements, create and send soft collection letters and use patient payment plans to stay on top of outstanding patient balances.	2
Standard Reports	Learn best-practices of our report center. You will review the most popular reports and how they can most benefit your practice.	2
Patient Engagement	Learn to modify or create patient engagement consent forms and templates. These templates are used to gather patient data that can be brought into visit notes within EHR. Learn to utilize the portal or apps to increase the efficiency and accuracy of patient documentation. (4 hour minimum for those unfamiliar with the EHR Template Builder.)	2
Institutional Billing/UB04	Learn the features to set up and bill UB04 claims on the CMS 1450 (UB04) form.	4
Note Templates	TOPIC 1: Learn to delete, modify, reorder and create fields within the templates imported from the library to better match your office workflow. (2 hours) TOPIC 2: Learn to create note and subnote templates from scratch in EHR based on previously-used content. (2 hours)	2
Word Merge	Learn to create and modify Word Merge documents to provide a printed record of a patient visit. (4 hours for those without strong experience in Word.)	2
ePrescribing/EPCS	Learn to create, maintain and electronically send prescriptions. We help with electronic prescribing of controlled substances (if applicable) and managing renewal requests.	1
Lab Orders and Results	Learn how to efficiently create and track your orders, identify missing results and enter results as trackable or reportable data.	1
HealthWatcher™	Learn to set up and use HealthWatcher to better manage patient care and increase efficiencies by automatically creating appointments, medications orders and lab orders.	1
Immunizations and Growth Charts	Learn to accurately enter and track immunizations and ways to generate growth charts based on vital signs entered in visit notes.	1
EHR Reporting	Learn to utilize patient reporting to identify patient groups with specific characteristics and to attach documents to reports (such as letters to send) to help your practice send clinical documents to a group of patients.	1
Telemedicine	Learn to set up and use AdvancedMD telemedicine for virtual visits. You’ll work with a test patient to learn best-practices for telemedicine appointments to ensure effective and proficient use of the technology.	1
