How it works

• Care coordinator schedules appointment in AdvancedMD, synced to Salesforce
• Admission team can see the appointment has been scheduled in Salesforce
• After the appointment, patient has moved to “checked out” in AdvancedMD
• Patient status updated in Salesforce to “Admitted / In Treatment”
• Look at Salesforce reporting for executive teams
