How it works
- Care coordinator schedules appointment in AdvancedMD, synced to Salesforce
- Admission team can see the appointment has been scheduled in Salesforce
- After the appointment, patient has moved to “checked out” in AdvancedMD
- Patient status updated in Salesforce to “Admitted / In Treatment”
- Look at Salesforce reporting for executive teams
