Flexible entity invoicing options for faster collections.

Invoicing is our solution for entity billing. Enter charges the same way you typically do. However, what’s unique is that a patient can be tied to an entity, and you can still bill insurance if needed.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to entity invoicing with AdvancedMD:

  1. Manage three tasks from one screen related to entity billing. The entities page lets you add, edit, and view the history of the entities you have.
  2. Our billing screen allows you to view all invoices that are ready to be created. Preview charges and create an invoice to print and send, and add a message to your invoice.
  3. With the payment screen you can see all outstanding invoices and search by invoice numbers, date, and entity name. Then apply the payment that has come in and it will apply to the history of all patients under that invoice.

“The money I have invested in AdvancedMD is miniscule compared to the return. I have never been more efficient – ever – in my professional life as I am now.”

“[Our] patients are very well-educated and well-informed, and they want to see results quickly. The practice has to run extremely efficiently and be accessible to them. The nice thing about [AdvancedMD] is it has allowed me to be more efficient both in and out of the office. Now I don’t have to come back into the office, which is great for my family and everything else. It saves me a lot of time – probably an hour a day on the three days I work in the second office.”

Keith Berkowitz, MD
