Yes, AdvancedMD offers a fully integrated suite of practice management solutions, which is why so many providers choose to use our software. AdvancedMD uses a single database with all of the information about your patients and your practice, so information transfers seamlessly between the telemedicine module and:

  • Scheduling as soon as a patient schedules their appointment, either online or over the phone with someone on your scheduling team, all of the information is available in the software.
  • eCheck-in – the patient will get automated reminders via email or text (or both), based on their communication preferences. They will receive a link to complete intake forms online on our patient portal prior to the appointment.
  • EHR – the provider will have access to all the patient’s medical information through the electronic health record (EHR) module before, during, and after the telemedicine appointment.
  • Patient portal – the patient can view all the information about their appointment in advance, including the date, time, and provider. Once the appointment is over they can see the doctor’s instructions and any additional information for follow-up care. They can also request medication refills and send questions to their care team through the portal.
  • Billing and coding – all the information from the patient encounter is logged and sent to your medical billing and coding team for claims submission.
