We offer 275+ configurable behavioral health EHR notes, sub notes and intake forms using DSM-5 criteria. Our mental health library lets clinicians assess, diagnose, plan and treat specific disorders. Several types of client assessment measures can be used with either an adult or child population. One type of measure is the severity disorder which aids in determining the severity of a disorder and monitoring the treatment progress. You also get crosscutting measures that identify the cooccurrence and severity of symptoms from a mental status review. Clinicians have the ability to assess maladaptive personality traits using the personality inventory measures for DSM-5.

Auto-calculated diagnostics

All personality inventory measures have the ability for a client to electronically respond to the questions in the measure which auto-populates responses onto the clinician’s note where the clinician can make a single selection to calculate a score based on client responses. These calculated scores can aid in the prognosis and treatment of mental disorders.

Group scheduling & group notes

Therapists are able to book a group appointment linked to multiple client appointments on your schedule and easily document that group’s session notes. All notes are automatically pushed to all included clients within the appointment.

SuggestedE&M coding

You get suggested E&M codes for the office visit based on the documented encounter, a picklist of mental health ICD-10 codes that can be selected during documentation of the encounter and can be populated to the client problem list, patient education and web links that contain pamphlets for educating a client about their diagnosis or information for your clinicians.

Prescribe electronically, EPCS included

Our ePrescribing offers you a HIPAA-compliant, user-friendly prescription tool that you can use from anywhere with complete access to all your medical and prescription histories. Psychiatrists can prescribe controlled substances with our EPCS feature on any computer, Smartphone or iPad.
