Security updates for Patient Portal users

Facebook & Google linked logins will end on November 27.

For security reasons, your patients will no longer be able to use their Facebook or Google login credentials to access their patient portal accounts starting on November 27, 2023. This update addresses privacy concerns and changes to industry standards. Patients will be notified about the changes on the patient portal login screen and can complete the Forgot Password workflow to reset their passwords, if needed.
