View your total accounts receivable and average days in AR and see graphs detailing your AR and claims efficiency. Click on any message to see more details. Click the prism icon here to start your patient intake process and enter all the basic information for new or existing patients. Here you will fill in data for the person who is responsible for paying the patient’s medical bill. This could be a spouse or parent who has the insurance and can also include patient information for other family members.

In the insurance tab, you can check your patient’s insurance eligibility electronically and keep a copy of their insurance card. The referrals tab maintains any provider referrals for the patient, such as a dermatologist, cardiologist, or mental health provider. In the history tab, you can view the patient ledger with the patient’s financial history of charges and payments made. Other categories to explore include the care team section, notes, marketing, and more.

Now let’s look at the scheduler. It’s configurable and easily viewable by everyone in your practice from both our practice management and EHR. Simply create a new appointment by double clicking on an open time slot or single clicking and selecting new appointment. Search for a patient name if it’s an existing patient or add a new patient on the fly.

Choose the appointment type, including well visits, consultations and more. Telehealth appointments are indicated here. Each appointment type such as well visit or follow up, has a default color and you can customize the colors to fit your workflow. On the left side, see how your daily appointments match the schedule colors in the middle.

Appointments can be made in 5 minute intervals, from 15, 30 and even 60 minutes, however long you prefer. Change any of the settings here in System Settings. View your schedule in three different ways for single providers, multi- providers, and end list view. Manage schedules from multiple offices from a single location as well.

When a patient first calls to schedule an appointment, you can use the provider matching tool. Sort by appointment type, provider gender, language, and clinic location. Keep your schedule full and reduce no shows and later arrivals by using automatic reminders. Alert your patients before each appointment by easily sending appointment reminders via text and email.

When a patient arrives in your office for their appointment. Track their rooming status directly in the scheduler. See how long your patients have been in the waiting room or an exam room with a nurse or doctor. So you never leave patients waiting for too long.

During a patient’s visit, your staff can easily review patient intake and consent forms here that are submitted from the patient portal or patient kiosk. Click review to view the form and accept it. All charges and claim submissions are managed here in the claims centre. Easily gain visibility throughout the entire claim submission process with well-organized and prioritized work lists.

Start here in the charge review tab. Review. all charges that have been entered automatically through our EHR, or through our easy to use online charge slip, or quick charge entry. Reduce data entry and ensure items like the diagnosis code and insurance payer are correct.

Under the claim inspector tab, we use our powerful claim scrubbing tool to automatically check against millions of coding errors in addition to positive coding edits, prior to submission, so you get an almost flawless first pass clean claim acceptance rate, saving you hours of appeals as well as loss reimbursement. Get the maximum reimbursement for each claim without leaving any money on the table. Submit claims electronically to 1800 payers through our integrated clearinghouse, which ensures your claims are properly prepared for optimal acceptance. Every claim is checked by payer specific rules.

Cross-check for patient and policy identification and review to ensure accurate coding. The un-billed tab lets you review any potential data entry issues like an incomplete facility address or unapproved visit. Fix these common errors before submitting your claim to the payer or clearinghouse. In the exclusions tab, we show you the same errors that were not fixed after your claims have been submitted, as well as any new errors that may arise like an invalid diagnosis code.

We make it easy and simple to resubmit the same claims. once corrected. With run alerts, you are notified when payments have not been made like an insurance payment missing after 30 or more days. So you can swiftly take action to get paid.

EDI reports, also known as Electronic Data integration, gives you all the data manager claims, including claim acceptance, claim acknowledgement, exclusions clearinghouse and pay to data. Here is where patient and payer collection activity are managed. In our collections module, you have full visibility and control over what collection activity is sent to your patients. You can make a note of all correspondence and what action you need to take next.

With AdvancedMD Pay, everything is included and unified. We even provide a state of the art card terminal. Our point of sale and Remote Pay technologies are proven to collect revenue faster, with reduced administrative overhead and cost. Confidently accept copays in your front office directly from the scheduler.

Patients can simply tap, insert or swipe a credit, debit, or EMV chip card. And we deposit money into your specified bank account within 24 hours of the patient payment. For manual card not present payments, your staff can use the scheduler or could pay screen to locate the patient and enter card details. Credit and debit cards can be saved on file under patient info and responsible party.

Another in-office option is through our patient kiosk iPad app, where patients can enter their card information. With telehealth visits, collect co-pays at the beginning of each appointment. Patients simply enter in their card information after checking into the appointment, and the charge is processed after the visit is complete. Patients can also make payments after receiving a text or email and logging directly into the payment portal and entering in their card information.

A final way to pay is from your payment portal connected to your website. Patients can simply click Pay my bill and make payment. Next, they see this message to accept terms and conditions. After clicking I agree they enter card details and select make payment.

An email confirmation is automatically sent to their email. In the credit card center, you can sign up for new merchant accounts, search review transactions, run credit card processing summary reports, and manage chargeback notifications and other general management functions. We offer two reporting bundles. The first is our standard Report Center that is included with our practice management.

The graph icon on the far right accesses your interactive dashboard. You immediately see the welcome screen and can view your recent reports. Choose between a dozen pre-built interactive dashboards. The navigation is simple enough for anyone in your practice to use.

Customize your own dashboard using templates with dozens of drag and drop data sets, to track items such as provider productivity. Include charges, insurance payments, adjustments, and total RVUs. View trends and filter by date, provider, location, and carrier. Create any report in seconds.

Visualize your data elegantly with charts and graphs for stunning presentations. More than 15 default reports are available. You can create custom reports from six templates and dozens of data sets. For example, let’s run a few, starting with insurance payments by carrier, end of month report and insurance balance aging.
