Dear valued client:
We’re excited by where technology is leading us.
With our rich heritage of more than 18 years in healthcare technology, a diverse and talented workforce, a quickly growing client base of more than 21,500 independent physician practices and 500 billing services, a commitment to high ethical standards, and industry-leading technologies, we don’t take our responsibilities lightly.
The landscape of the healthcare industry continually changes and evolves. Technology and innovation inspire us to provide solutions to the many healthcare challenges, instead of slowing down in the face of obstacles. As such, AdvancedMD stays in the forefront of these changes to provide support and to lessen your burden. We must move forward, and by continuing to work together, we can do so, and have a lasting effect. We’re aiming to make a huge difference to everyone in your practice and billing service, so you can become more profitable and better serve your patients.
We have two new initiatives to announce: EVO16, the independent practice user conference of the year, and NEST, a central hub for all things AdvancedMD.
Going forward into 2016, we want to be proud of not only what we achieve, but also how we achieve it. We’re excited to witness so many of our clients enjoy the latest technologies that integrate practice and patient workflow for a revolutionary new practice experience, including higher patient volumes with improved financial outcomes. It is with thanks to our heritage, high ethical standards, a deep belief in our associates and devoted clients, which gives us the ability to continue to create technologies that provide a real difference in your lives, and ultimately, the lives of your patients.
Please contact us with questions or suggestions. We can’t thank you enough for your business and your trust. I invite you to please share this newsletter with everyone in your practice.

As an AdvancedPatient user you already have the powerful front office app to maintain patients and forms. We enhanced the front office app making it more open and visually pleasing and freed up screen real estate so it’s easier to use with more information available. We also added the auto-assigning functionality to forms within the app and improved the flow of information needed to work with a patient. Additionally, you can view the last two weeks of appointments. Read more.
Auto-assign Forms. We took an already simple process and improved upon it. Our goal with AdvancedPatient is to make the intake process as simple, quick and easy as possible. We wanted to increase the productivity of the office staff and accuracy of data. Now the regular process of making an appointment for someone automatically assigns them intake, consent and demographic forms. Patients receive an invite to the patient portal or notification that they have new forms to complete. All this without doing anything other than making an appointment. Read more.
