Now that you’re logged in, today’s schedule appears on the left hand side. All appointments are color coded, and that’s your master schedule in our practice management. Easily view and control your schedule on every screen throughout our EHR.

Track the rooming status of your patients from check in to check out, and easily see the duration of their current location. Left click on the patient name to check them in and select their rooming status.

Choose between the waiting room or exam room and include details like filling out forms or waiting for doctor or nurse. In the middle of the dashboard are handy task donuts that allow you to see outstanding tasks in real time, plus urgent and critical issues.

Think of this section as your prioritize to-do list. A few of our donuts include notes that need to be signed, outstanding lab orders, patient messages or inter-office messages and charge slips that need to be signed.

Click on the task donuts and a dynamic list of assignments showed here on the right. Click on the notes donut, for example, to display any notes that you need to sign. And the lab orders donut reveals orders that are still pending and need to be sent to the lab.

The messages task donut shows recent patient messages and inter-office messages right below. Double-click directly on the patient’s name in the scheduler to automatically open a patient note.

Each now corresponds with the appointment time, such as wellness exam, consultation and more. There are several ways to complete the patient note. You can free type, dictate through Dragon Medical, and use macros that auto populate frequently used text statements.

These pre-filled templates can be used or editors needed, for example, under vitals. You can use pre-filled data and adjust it based on patient information.

Next enter diagnosis codes go to add link, and create a new charge select from a preset list or create a pick-list of your most commonly used charges such as pain management, infectious diseases, and mental health. After you sign the charge slip, charges automatically sync with her practice management and will be visible in the charge review tab.

One of our top features is sub-notes on the fly. Easily added information for, oh, by the way moments to create a narrative. If needed, you can securely transmit the record to another physician or entity with our electronic fax.

Customizable templates are a favorite feature for those needing flexibility and custom workflow. Choose from hundreds of pre-built note templates created by physicians from all major specialties, based on best practices for charting.

You can build custom templates here and in our intuitive designer. It’s easy to rename any field to match your preference. You can also combine several notes to create one. Our professional services team can consult with you to develop and refine your ideal templates.

Easily and securely prescribe both controlled and non-controlled medications. For example, electronically prescribe a diabetes patient, the drug metformin, by clicking on the pill icon and then typing in the name of the drug. After selecting the drug, our software automatically populates options for frequency of dose, quantity, and type. It also checks for formulary contraindications.

Next, select a pharmacy by searching city, state, or zip code. You can use the preferred pharmacy or select a different one. Add the diagnosis codes or additional fields, then save, sign, and send. The prescription is electronically sent to the pharmacy. When prescribing controlled substances, we make it easy to safeguard you, your practice, and your patients in ways paper prescribing cannot. Easily check state prescription drug monitoring plans or PDMP, a statewide electronic database that tracks controlled substance prescriptions. For EPCS you can complete multi-factor authentication with your choice of a soft token, like a password generator app, or hard token this mailed to you.

Under the labs tab, you can review commonly ordered tests, click the boxes of those needed, sign here and it will be sent to your lab electronically. Get results returned automatically straight to the patient’s chart as well as in the task donut on the dashboard.

Our patient cards are user interface framework, giving you frequently accessed patient information and tasks at your fingertips. You get a quick, consolidated overview of patient health histories. For example, if you have a pediatric patient, you can see growth charts like weight and height and expand the chart by clicking here.

All our patient cards are customizable and can be adjusted. View them horizontally, vertically, and upsize or downsize them. Organize them to your preferences and based on your specialty. Anchor your most used cards at the top of the screen or wherever you’d like to see them. Our ever expanding patient card library includes vitals, medications, allergies, lab results, notes, messages, plans, orders, and more.

With our immunization reporting, you can easily track vaccinations. Our software automatically sends patient immunization information to state registries.
