After scheduling an appointment, patients automatically receive an appointment reminder by text or email. And you can send them a link to login to their patient portal. They can register for a new account here, or login using their social media credentials for Facebook and Google.

Inside your patients can easily complete their intake forms prior to their appointment, pay their bill, view lab results, and self schedule new appointments, saving your front office time and resources.

To make a new appointment, existing patients can click on the appointments tab.

Select the reason for their visit, and review available time slots.

After the appointment is created, it automatically syncs to your schedule.

Then an email or text reminder is sent to the patient with a link to complete their intake forms, based on the appointment type.

Patients can click forms in the top toolbar to review the list of patient forms pending.

And click start to review, and sign them with a mouse or touch screen.

Here is where your front office staff can review the completed forms and accept or reject them.

Appointment reminders are sent automatically in English or Spanish.

Customize your reminders here in system settings.

Templates, and automated messaging and reminders.

Use dynamic merge fields to update patient name, facility, doctor, and appointment date and time. Appointment reminders can be sent three ways over email, text, and voice.

Review your global settings to select the message cadence, such as one day, one week, and one month before the appointment. If a patient is scheduled for a telehealth visit, reminders include links and instructions to join the session.

When a patient comes into your office, they have the opportunity to complete their intake forms from our patient kiosk iPad app if they haven’t done so already.

Patients can take a selfie photo and upload it to their profile.

They can also confirm an update of demographics like name, phone number, and address.

Here you have the option to collect a copay. Your patients can add a credit card on file, or choose an existing card.

Our patient education feature allows you to conveniently provide patients with educational PDFs and videos to support their health plans, acute and ambulatory care and recovery as well as questions.

You are automatically directed here where you can search articles by health topic, age group, gender, and specialty.

There are also resources for nearly any prescription.

Once you have selected your educational item, add to basket here. Click on the paper airplane or send icon to email your patient. If you would like to change the language of your email to Spanish, click the right hand corner. You can print documents to PDF. When your patients open their email, they’re directed to your patient portal. Here under records and education, they can access assigned resources.

Once a patient has completed their visit, surveys can be sent automatically to give you quantitative and qualitative feedback, to continuously approve key areas of your practice. Invite patients to rate your practice up to five stars and post reviews to Facebook, Google reviews, or a website of your choice to help drive a high reputation score. View your reputation reports here in the PM Hub dashboard.

The online reputation donut on the EHR dashboard shows your most up to date score from your survey results.

Easily send marketing messages to your patients in our campaign messaging platform under modules, patient messaging, and targeted messaging campaigns.

Create and edit new and existing messages.

And segment your messages based on patient demographics like appointment date, location, insurance carrier, birthday, diagnosis codes, and age.

Inform patients about seasonal updates like flu shots, sales and promotions, holidays, and office closures, and even wish them a happy birthday.

Review which patients will receive your message and then click send.
