At each stop, best-practice delivery is outlined, and you can score your own performance from 1-5 against that yardstick. We provide activities and self-evaluation scenarios as you navigate your telehealth delivery process.
When you look at all the steps and hurdles required to manage a telemedicine visit, you (and your patients) may feel you are driving a road rally, with multiple stops, challenges and obstacles. We want you to succeed and create happy patients, so every stop or checkpoint we outline either reinforces a positive experience or strengthens a negative perception. We guide you along each course with simple scoring to help you assess your performance. You’ll walk away knowing with clarity how your practice stacks up. As a bonus, each stop also includes a “What You Can Do” section with pointers on how to improve your score in that area.
