Healthix is a public health information exchange (HIE), that electronically collects and consolidates patient health records from more than 6,000 healthcare providers.
The Healthix suite of services provides clinical information to treating clinicians at the point-of-care. Healthix can improve health outcomes and quality of care by assisting in better care coordination and the management of chronically ill patients.
For a limited time, any New York-based ambulatory practice may qualify for $13,000 in funding from the New York State Department of Health for connecting to Healthix.
