Over the past few weeks we have experienced a significant influx of users to our @home software bundle, especially with our telemedicine/telehealth platform. We are likewise receiving many requests to have patient-facing resources made available so your patients can get step-by-step instructions on how to use the @home technologies without taxing your staff with lots of phone calls.

We created a resource library with several resources that you can brand with your logo and contact information for a professional and personalized presentation. We will continue to add additional how-to resources over the next week.

How to log in and use our telehealth
Video

This video gives instructions on how to set up and connect to an upcoming virtual telehealth appointment with your practice. It walks the patient through each step: how to join, adjust audio, and how to use a web camera. It also addresses how to reconnect to an appointment if disconnected.

If you use the above link, no hosting will be required by your practice. We already have it hosted on a high-performance streaming server.

Send your request to marketing@advancedmd.com and we’ll provide contact information for the agency that produced this video. For a nominal fee, they should be able to create your custom video. Hosting will be your responsibility, such as on your practice’s YouTube channel or Vimeo.
