If you are a client of AdvancedMD that uses the Hosted Programs for internal business purposes, Exhibits A, B and E to the Terms of Service are part of your agreement with AdvancedMD; Exhibits C and D do not apply to you.

If you are a client that uses Hosted Programs as a service bureau for third parties, Exhibits A, B, C, D and E of the Terms of Service are part of your agreement with AdvancedMD.

This version of the standard RCM contract is applicable to new clients as of February 2, 2015. If you became a client of the RCM business prior to that date and need a copy of your contract, please contact client support at (888) 700-9060.
