Please note: If you are a client of AdvancedMD that uses the Revenue Cycle Management Services (the “RCM Services”) you are subject to the Standard Revenue Cycle Management Agreement Terms of Service (the “RCM TOS”), including the Exhibits and Annexes of the RCM TOS, which are a part of your agreement with AdvancedMD.

Please note: If you are a client of AdvancedMD that uses the Hosted Programs for internal business purposes, Exhibits A, B and E to the Terms of Service are part of your agreement with AdvancedMD; Exhibits C and D do not apply to you. If you are a client that uses Hosted Programs as a service bureau for third parties, Exhibits A, B, C, D and E of the Terms of Service are part of your agreement with AdvancedMD.

Please note: If you are a client of AdvancedMD that uses the either the Software Services or the Revenue Cycle Management Services and utilizes AdvancedMD Pay, the AdvancedMD Pay Sub-Merchant Terms and Conditions (“AdvancedMD Pay”) is part of your agreement. If you are a Software Services client, AdvancedMD Pay is referenced as Exhibit F under the Terms of Service. If you are a Revenue Cycle Management Services client, AdvancedMD Pay is referenced as Annex C to Exhibit 3 within the Standard Revenue Cycle Management Agreement.
Payment Method & Credit Card Transaction Fee Notice
AdvancedMD Clients may pay fees via ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, check or credit card. Client acknowledges that credit card payments incur a credit card transaction fee that will be no greater than 3% of your transaction total or the legal limit in your state, whichever is less. The transaction fee represents AdvancedMD’s cost of accepting the card. The exact transaction fee amount will be reflected on Client’s receipt after the transaction is processed, but in no instance will be greater than AdvancedMD’s cost. Where prohibited, AdvancedMD will not charge the credit card transaction fees, and AdvancedMD will limit fees in compliance with applicable law. AdvancedMD only issues the transaction fee on credit card transactions. By choosing a credit card as the Client’s default payment method, Client agrees to pay the transaction fees on recurring payments unless and until Client provides an alternative payment method.
