AdvancedCQM (PM/EHR)
Real-time Reports
Thanks to some behind-the-scenes performance enhancements to the AdvancedCQM module, you can now view reports within minutes of their creation, instead of having to wait until the next day. This enhancement provides practices with the flexibility to run reports as needed, and get access to valuable information and analytics faster.
Note: Report response times can vary due to system usage levels, and reports might occasionally be delayed to run overnight during system maintenance.

Hub (PM/EHR)
We’re excited to announce Hub, our new self-service community portal for AdvancedMD information and assistance.
Hub is an evolving, peer-based network of services that brings together training, communication, feedback, and support into one consolidated ecosystem. With increased
control and transparency of your AdvancedMD experience, improved learning opportunities, and other time-saving features, every role in your practice will benefit from Hub.
You can report, track, and communicate about issues you’ve experienced in the application through Case Management. Quickly find valuable information and self-help resources to
improve your AdvancedMD understanding and skills via Knowledgebase, Help Files and Release Guides. Access the Video Training Library to optimize staff training with hundreds of easily sortable videos ranging from beginner to advanced topics. And suggest ways to improve our software with Idea Share.
Hub is replacing NEST, the community portal that was previously used to manage support cases and other account settings. With Hub, we’ve merged multiple services under a single umbrella to provide users with an information center that will continue to be updated and improved. In addition, the design and functionality of these services have been preserved as closely as possible to prevent disruptions to your workflow.
You can quickly open any of the Hub modules directly from the PM Dashboard, or you can access them through the Help menu in PM or EHR. Just click the link, and you’re automatically logged into the service.
Knowledgebase
Knowledgebase is home to a wealth of self-help resources – including blogs, articles, and much more – designed to help you get the most out of our software. With access to the latest tips and tricks, you can quickly and easily find the answers you didn’t even know you needed.
Go to Help | Hub | Knowledgebase.
Case Management
With Case Management, you can create a support case, track its progress, and communicate directly with us for updates. Account administrators can also manage company contacts, payment methods, and other services, such as adding providers or features.
Go to Help | Hub | Case Management.
Idea Share
Currently, you can access the Idea Share page to suggest ways to improve our software. But later this year, you will also be able to see ideas from other users, vote on them, and
collaborate with peers on new and innovative ways to practice.
Ideas submitted previously through NEST have been reviewed and consolidated and will be included in the new Idea Share portal, so you can vote on the ideas most important to you.
Go to Help | Hub | Idea Share.
Release Guides
The Release Guide contains detailed information, including step-by-step instructions, about the latest features and enhancements added to the software. It is updated for each small and large release, so check it often to see what’s new or improved and how it can help your practice.
In PM, go to Help | Release Guide.
Help Files
Help Files are available for every screen in the software, and include instructions and screen descriptions that walk you through every step of common processes, plus important notes about things to pay particular attention to. Search the vast help file library for a specific topic, or use the menus to see What’s New, review the Basics, view Quick Start guides organized by role, explore how to Customize your AdvancedMD experience, or get assistance with Regulatory measures and reporting.
Go to Help | Contents.
Video Training Library
The Video Training Library includes hundreds of quick videos featuring experts demonstrating step-by-step processes of beginner and advanced topics and everything in between. Easily view videos by topic or search to find exactly what you need, whether you’re just learning how to use the software or brushing up on your skills.
