eCQM 2021 Report Bundle

The eCQM 2021 report bundle is now available in the AdvancedCQM module. Use the eCQM 2021 bundle to assess quality measure performance, review measure logic, and view reports for 2021 eCQMs.

Help Files (PM/EHR)

eCQM 2021 Help Files

Updated help files are now available for all 2021 eCQM measures. These help files include descriptions of each measure, population criteria, associated encounter (CPT) codes, and detailed workflows to help you ensure each measure is reported correctly. They can also help you pinpoint issues if you suspect that your numbers for a measure might not be accurate.

Template Library (EHR)

eCQM 2021 Templates

2021 eCQM templates are now available in the EHR Template Library and can be found in the following folders:

  • eCQM – Changed – Templates for measures that were changed by CMS for the 2021 reporting period.
  • eCQM – Unchanged – Templates for measures that were not changed by CMS for the 2021 reporting period. You do not need to download the 2021 eCQM template and can continue to use the 2020 template for 2021.
  • eCQM – Claims – To be released in late 2020 once CMS updates are available.
