Dashboard (EHR)

We have separated the Orders and Result donut and table into separate Orders and
Results donuts and tables so now you can view and interact with orders and results
individually.

The Orders and Results donuts and tables still display items that are not signed. We have
also included a new filter for Orders so you can choose to display orders with No Results or
Links Found.

 

Global Settings (EHR)

We have added two new fields to the list of Immunization Setup fields in Global Settings:
MVX code and CVX code. With the addition of these two fields, you can now mark all
settings as required ensuring that immunization records are properly documented and
decreasing the number of rejected files from your state registry.

Additionally, we have added four more defaults to the list of Default options:

  • Facility/Location
  • Ordering Provider
  • Vaccine Funding Source
  • VFC Eligibility

Default data prefills to all immunization records, simplifying workflow.
The default settings for Required check boxes and Default fields are blank.

Note: This enhancement retained all previously marked Required and Default settings.
Go to Admin | System Setup | Global Settings.

 

Immunizations Tab (EHR)

The following fields now prefill on patient immunization records:

  • Administering Clinician field – Defaults with the name of the user logged in to the
    system.
  • Dosage units field – Defaults to milliliter.

 

Patient Chart (EHR)

Patient Cards

We have replaced the View History button with a new Review History icon on the
following patient cards:

  • Advanced Directives
  • Risk Factors

We have also added a Review History icon to the Allergy patient card.

 

Security (PM)

To provide added security, users are now required to set up security questions as part of the
user login process.
