Appointment Scheduler (PM)
Provider Week View
To give schedulers and providers an overview of an entire week’s work locations and
appointments, we added Provider Week View to the Scheduler. This new view displays one
provider’s schedule, for all facilities the provider practices in, or filtered for a specific facility.
Go to Scheduler.
- Click the Provider View tab.
- Select the Week View icon.
- Select a Provider.
- Optionally, select a Facility to view the provider’s schedule for a single location.
Provider Week View columns can be collapsed, expanded, and resized as in other column
views.
Note: As with the standard Scheduler Week View, appointments in Provider Week View
cannot be copied or moved, and blocks and holds associated with columns do not display.
ePayments (PM)
In response to client feedback, we have made enhancements to following areas of the
ePayments™ feature:
- Demand Statements – Added demand Statement Delivery options for sending
printed statements and/or sending statement reminders. Online on-demand statements
will also display in the Patient Portal. - System Defaults – Added three new system defaults for Online Patient Billing to
customize payment thresholds for the Pay My Bill screen. - Min. Patient Payment Calculation Method – Select $ or % to determine the
calculation of the Total Balance due. The default is $.- If you select $, the Patient Portal will use the number in the Minimum
Patient Selected Payment ($) system default. - If you select %, the Patient Portal will use the percentage value in the
Minimum Patient Selected Payment (%) system default.
- If you select $, the Patient Portal will use the number in the Minimum
- Minimum Patient Selected Payment ($) – Enter a numeric value to set the
minimum payment threshold for the Pay My Bill screen. The default value is 1.Note: If the Total Balance due is less than the minimum payment, the Other Amount field does not display on the Pay My Bill screen.
- Minimum Patient Selected Payment(%) – Enter a numeric value to set the
minimum percentage of the Total Balance due that patients can pay in the Pay
My Bill screen. The default value is 0.Note: If you set the percentage to 100, the Other Amount field does not display on the Pay My Bill screen.
- Online Statements Usage report – Renamed the Conversion Rate chart to Online
Payment Conversion Rate, added two new categories for returned data:- Cannot send message to
- Message sent successfully: No payment yet
- Patient Billing Wizard – Statements – Renamed the Paperless column to Online
Only and reordered the Online Only column on the Statements tab. We have also
renamed the Contact column to Sent Stmts To. - Patient Billing Wizard – Process – Renamed the Paperless format to Online Only.
- Patient Billing History – Renamed the Paperless column to Online Only.
- Responsible Party tab – Renamed the Paperless Only check box to Online Only.
Messages (EHR)
We have updated the look of the Messages and Portal Messages screens.
Mobile App (Mobile)
Expand Insurance Card Images
You can now expand insurance card images from the Add/Edit Patient and Patient Details
screens.
Tap an insurance card image, then tap Expand to view the document in full-screen mode.
Indicate Confidential Chart Items in Review Bin
As a visual indicator, chart items marked Confidential are now highlighted yellow in the
Review Bin.

Patient Notes (EHR)
Modify Time Stamp
Patient notes now include a modifiable time stamp field, so you can update the time a patient
note was created. The time stamp field uses the user’s time zone and defaults to the time the
note was created. Click the calendar icon to update the note’s date and time.
