We have made several updates to the Dashboard.
Filter Scheduler by Column
You can now filter the Dashboard Scheduler by column. Filter categories can be used together, such as selecting a column, provider, and status.
For example, if you have selected a column and a provider, you will get all appointments for that column (no matter who the provider is), and all appointments for the provider (no matter which column they are in).
Use the status filter to narrow results to the selected status.
Remove Status by Clicking Priority/Hold Badges
You can now remove the status of a worklist item by clicking the priority or held badge on the item in the Worklist table.
Display Patient Card
A Patient Card now displays on the Worklist table when you hover over a patient name.
Unbilled Tab (PM)
New Error Count Column
We have added a new Count column in the Errors grid on the Unbilled tab, so you can easily monitor the number of errors in any unbilled error category and keep your claims submission process on track.
Note: The number displayed on the Unbilled tab (indicating the total number of visits with unbilled errors) might not match the total count of errors in the Error grid because a visit (charge) might contain more than one error.
