Added Web Address and Email Address Icons
You can now access a carrier’s website or start an email addressed to the carrier directly from the Collections screen in the Account and Visit tabs.
Click the new web address icon to open a browser tab with the carrier’s website.
Click the new email icon to start an email with the carrier’s email address in the To: field.
Click the Collections icon.
