Go to Master Files | Templates | Email and Text Templates.
- Create appointment reminder templates for email and text as usual.
- Select the Email or Text tab.
- Click Test Email/Text.
- Enter a Test Email or a Test Phone Number to view the test appointment reminder.
- If necessary, enter a Test Patient Name and Test Provider Name.
- Click Test Email/Text.
The email or phone number you entered will receive a test appointment reminder.
Note: The merge field data included in test emails and texts is random and cannot be changed.
Find an Appointment
The find feature can now consider the number of Maximum Appointments per Time Slot, set in the Scheduler Setup master file, when searching in columns that allow multiple appointments per time slot for open appointment times. In response to client requests, we have added the Observe max appointments per slot check box. Selecting this option when you search for open appointment times adds the maximum slots setting as a criteria when searching.
Note: When you select Observe max appointments per slot, Find Open Time will find the first open time indefinitely for any column with the Maximum appointments per time slot set to zero (0), which means unlimited appointments per time slot.
The original design of Find Open Time only located completely empty time slots.
Go to Scheduler | Find Appointment | Find Open Time.
