Help Files (PM/EHR)

New Look and Feel

We are happy to announce the first phase in our update of the help files, featuring a modern look and feel, and giving you an easier and faster way to search for information.

Our new home page puts the Search field front and center and returns results similar to a search engine.

Use the menu to view:

  • What’s New – Discover the enhancements that have been made over the last three months.
  • Basics – View fundamentals on using the help files and navigating the application.
  • Quick Start (PM) – View help files that contain brief instructions for your tasks. These help files contain links to more in-depth help files on the subject.
  • How To (EHR) – View help files on how to use the EHR.
  • Customization – Find information on how to customize PM or EHR to work best for you and your practice, such as system defaults and master files in PM, and User Preferences, Templates, and System Setup in EHR.
  • Regulatory – Read information on government requirements, including MIPS, PI, and health agency registries.
