We heard you at EVO16. We have made the following improvements in the mobile app:
- Updated workflow in the mobile and iPhone® app Review Bin
- Added the Note field to mobile and iPhone® app charge slips
- Updated Global Period Warnings in the mobile and iPhone® app
Review Bin Updates
We have added the option to filter items marked as On Hold and Assistant in the mobile app, just as you can in the EHR. To accommodate the additional filter options, we have moved Review Bin filters into a list accessible by tapping the Filter icon.
We have also updated Multi-sign mode to be available to all users.
Previously, multi-sign mode was not available for users if the Multi-sign in Home Page – Review – Requires Reviewed First check box was selected in EHR Global Settings.
Note: If the Multi-sign in Home Page – Review – Requires Reviewed First check box is selected in EHR Global Settings, only items that have been previously reviewed will display in Multi-sign mode.
Charge Slip Notes
We have added the Note field to mobile and iPhone® app charge slips, so you can enter an internal note associated with the charge. This field functions the same as it does in the EHR.
Global Period Warnings
We have added a Global Period Warning icon in the EHR for appointments that fall within a global period. The new icon can be seen on the following screens:
- Mobile app appointment cards
- New Appointment screen
- Edit Appointment screen
Tap the icon to view the new Global Period Remaining screen. This screen also replaced the Global Period Remaining message that previously displayed on charge slips for appointments that fall within a global period.
