Quality Measure Reporting (PM/EHR)
Quality measure reporting for 2018 is a full reporting year. Eligible clinicians (ECs) reporting to the Medicare Quality Payment Program or eligible professionals (EPs) reporting to the Medicaid Incentive Program have three options to report Quality:

  • EHR (eCQMs)
  • Registry (QCDR)
  • Claims

Important Note: The AdvancedEHR subnote and note templates you have used to report Quality Measures for 2017 and prior reporting years cannot be used for 2018 Quality reporting. We are introducing AdvancedCQM for your 2018 Quality eCQM needs. The first group of new CQM note templates will be available in the EHR Template Library soon. Please do not modify these note templates. Instead, use them as an additional note template linked to the encounter visit. Further instructions and guidance will be provided on NEST. Please visit NEST regularly for updates.

We will be conducting CQM Template Webinars the week of January 8th. In these webinars, we will walk through the CQM note templates and have live Q&A.

The following videos have been updated:

  • AdvancedRooming™ (6:29)
    Updated to include the ability to automatically remove a patient from the rooming list when the patient is checked out, and an explanation of the Rooming History report.
  • eEligibility™ (5:59)
    Updated to include the use of specific Service Type Codes (STC), setting a default STC at the system and carrier level, updated eligibility status icons and tool tip messages, enhancements to the Eligibility Details screen, and access to the Human Readable Format of a 271 eligibility response.
  • Patient Billing Workflow (9:17)
    Updated to include the Focus One Statement Run EDI Report.
