AdvancedEHR

Dashboard (EHR)

We have added a new HealthWatcher donut and table to the dashboard, and added two new Charge Slip categories.

HealthWatcher
You can now quickly view the status of HealthWatcher items assigned to patients using the new HealthWatcher donut and worklist table on the Dashboard.

HealthWatcher Donut
Click the HealthWatcher donut to display HealthWather item details in the Worklist table.

Worklist Table
HealthWatcher items are displayed in the Worklist table by status.

  • Click an item in the Worklist table to open it.
  • Click Remind to indicate a reminder has been sent to the patient. When you click Remind, the date replaces the Remind button.
  • Click Complete to mark the HealthWatcher item complete and remove it from the list.

Charge Slips
We have added two new categories to the Charge Slip donut and table:

No Charge Slip – One or more chart items has been saved for the appointment, but no charge slip has been saved.

No Documentation – No chart item or charge slip has been saved for the appointment.

Note: Appointments only display in the No Documentation category for two weeks. If you want to find visits with no documentation that are older than two weeks, run the Missed Visit report in PM.

Patient Chart (EHR)

We have added two new patient cards to the Patient Chart:

  • Advanced Directives
  • Risk Factors

Advanced Directives and Risk Factors Patient Cards
On the Advanced Directives and Risk Factors cards you can:

  • View the patient’s list
  • Add/edit/delete items
  • View the patient’s history

Advanced Directives and Risk Factors Screen
Click the add or edit icon to open the screen where you add a new item or change an existing one.

“The money I have invested in AdvancedMD is miniscule compared to the return. I have never been more efficient – ever – in my professional life as I am now.”

“[Our] patients are very well-educated and well-informed, and they want to see results quickly. The practice has to run extremely efficiently and be accessible to them. The nice thing about [AdvancedMD] is it has allowed me to be more efficient both in and out of the office. Now I don’t have to come back into the office, which is great for my family and everything else. It saves me a lot of time – probably an hour a day on the three days I work in the second office.”

Keith Berkowitz, MD
