Dashboard (EHR)
We have made several updates to the Dashboard.

Appointment Filters
We have added several options to the Appointment filter on the Dashboard. You can now filter appointments by the following statuses:

  • Checked-in
  • Checked-out
  • Booked – an appointment that has not been set to a status
  • Confirmed
  • Other

By default, all filter options are selected except Cancelled and No-Show.

Worklist and Donut Filter Settings
Settings on Worklist and Donut filters are now automatically saved.

Worklist Filters
When you filter Worklist chart items and messages, the filter settings you select now remain until you change them. Previously, the Worklist filter settings would reset to default when you logged out.

Donut Filters
When you drag donut filters to a different order in expanded or collapsed view, the order now remains until you change it. Previously, the donut filter order would reset to default when you logged out.

Telemedicine
A Telemedicine option has been added to the Modules menu for clients who have the AdvancedTelemedicine™ module.

The Telemedicine module works the same as in PM. For more information, or to order the AdvancedTelemedicine module, see the Telemedicine help file.

Email and Text Message Center (PM)
The Email & Text Message Center module displays the status of all email and text messages sent to patients from your office for telemedicine, patient messaging, appointment reminders, and patient forms. Use the message center to confirm that items were sent or to contact patients about unsent communications when needed.

You can filter Email & Text Message Center results to check the message status for a specific date range, sent type, and status, or you can search by patient name or contact information.
Go to Modules | Email & Text Message Center.
Note: There are multiple reasons that you could receive an errors status, including:

  • Message was sent to an invalid phone number.
  • Connectivity issues with the email and text providers.
  • Prior to 7/7/2017, if an email or text could not be sent because of missing
    email or cell phone information, an error was included in the list. Effective 7/8/2017, only messages that were sent or attempted to be sent to patients with an email address or cell phone number display in the message center.
