Dashboard (PM)
Because Dashboard information is calculated overnight and always reflects totals through the previous day, we have added a dynamic Thru Date indicator that displays the date financial information is included through.
Other Provider Filter
We have updated the chart item filter on the Dashboard Worklist so you can now sort by Other Provider.
Note: Other Provider is the Provider selected when you create a patient chart item to record medical information obtained from a provider outside your practice. For example, the patient was prescribed medication by a referring provider.

Referring Providers
Inactivate Referring Providers
We have added an Inactive check box to the Referring Providers master file. Mark this check box to set a referring provider as inactive to help reduce the risk of denials, exclusions, and unbilled claims. When inactivated, referring providers will only be searchable in the Referring Providers master file.
Notes:
- Referring providers associated with an appointment prior to being marked as inactive will still display in the Referred By section on the Make Appointment screen.
- Inactive referring providers will display in A/R reports tat list the referring provider.

Added Address to Search Grid
You can now search for a referring provider using the new Address option on the Select Referring Provider screen in the Referring Provider master file. This enhancement gives you an additional method to search for a referring provider.

Reports (PM)
Referring Providers
We have added a new Active Options filter to the Referring Providers report. The Active Options field includes the following selections:
- Include All
- Active Only
- Inactive Only
This enhancement draws data from the Referring Providers master file and allows you to narrow your search results by including or excluding your active and inactive providers.
