Billing (PM)

Reassign a Partial Unapplied Payment
We have enhanced the reassign payment process; you can now easily transfer portions of unapplied payments to other accounts. To accommodate this change, we have updated the Reassign Payment screen with a new Payment Amount field where you can indicate the portion of the unapplied payment you want to reassign.

Patient Portal Workflow (PM)
We have improved patient portal workflow by allowing patients to self-register for your Patient Portal. Patients can now create their own portal account using their email recorded in PM.

Important Notes:

• To register, the patient name and email entered on the Register a New Account screen must match the name and email on the Patient Information screen.
• The initial email address entered on the Patient Information screen will also display in the Account Email field on the Patient Portal dialog.

Patient Registration

1. Direct patients to your practice’s Patient Portal login page where they can click Register to begin their self-registration for the portal.
2. After filling out the required information on the screen and clicking Register, the patient will receive a Patient Portal Account Notification email with a link to the Complete Account Registration screen, where they can finish registering for their portal account.

Reports (PM)

New Report Filters
You can now generate more specific results in the Missed Visits report using four new filters:

• Columns
• Provider Profile Range
• Group Range
• Facilities

  schedule, review bin, and messaging. In this video we will go over the first release of new EHR enhancements and look at two workflow examples.

  The AdvancedBenchmarking add-on is a simple tool that allows you to see at-a-glance how your practice compares to other practices, including those in your same specialty. AdvancedBenchmarking utilizes a large spectrum of metrics to help you identify the strengths and opportunities for growth for your practice. In this video we will go over how to use AdvancedBenchmarking and integrated AdvancedInsight reports.
