Appointment Reminders
Facility Phone Merge Field
We have added Facility Phone to the list of available merge fields in the Appointment Reminders master file, so you can add the facility phone number to your appointment reminder template. The facility phone number is from the facility on the appointment.
Go to Master Files | Appointments | Appointment Reminders.
Patient Reporting (EHR)
We have added an Appointment Date option to the Criteria drop-down in the Patient Reporting module so you can better refine report data.
Go to Tools | Patient Reporting.
Reports (PM)
Carrier Code List Report
We have enhanced the Carrier Code List report to allow you to display only inactive carriers. Select the new Show Only Inactive Carrier Codes check box to display only inactive carriers, narrowing your search and giving your reports greater focus.
Go to Reports | Carrier | Carrier Code List.
