Mobile App Updates (Mobile)

We are excited to announce the following updates to our mobile and iPhone® apps:

Create and access private patient notes with Break the Glass feature.
Add a block in the Schedule.
Updated the Pharmacy selector with improved workflow.
Ability to multi-select Race and Ethnicity fields.
Updated Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation selector.
Mark lab results as Patient Viewable.

Private Patient Notes

You can now restrict access to a patient note using the new My Eyes Only check box in the
mobile app, just as you can in EHR.

Note: The My Eyes Only check box is only available for providers.

Add a Block

You can now add a new block in the Schedule, just as you can in PM and EHR.

New Pharmacy Selector Workflow

We have updated the Pharmacy selector with an improved and simplified workflow. While
adding a prescription for a patient, you can select the pharmacy to send prescriptions to from
the patient’s Preferred and Favorites lists, or search for and select a new pharmacy. Tap
the Pharmacy field to open the Pharmacy screen.

You can update the patient’s Preferred and Favorite pharmacies from the Patient
Facesheet. Tap the Preferred Pharmacy field to open the Pharmacy screen.

Multi-select Race and Ethnicity Fields

We have updated the Race and Ethnicity selector so you can select multiple races and
ethnicities for patients and added Filter (search) capabilities for quicker navigation.

Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation Selector

We have updated the Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation selector to improve workflow by
adding Filter (search) capabilities for quicker navigation.
