AdvancedPM & AdvancedEHR

AdvancedReputation (PM)

We have enhanced AdvancedReputation™ by giving you more power to specify what entity patients will review, and added the option for patients to post a review on your Facebook page.
Additionally, you can also now limit the number of surveys sent to a patient in a period of time.

Social Media
We have added a new Social Media Review Links master file that allows you to manage where patients review your practice, facilities, and providers (Google™ or Facebook page).

A new system default determines what is displayed in the master file and what entity your patients will review.
As part of this enhancement, we have removed the Google ID field from the Facility and Practice master files.
Go to Utilities | System Defaults | Reputation Management.

Limit to One Survey Per (# days)
Use this system default to limit the number of surveys sent to a patient in a period of time, reducing the risk of them opting out or unsubscribing from patient surveys.
The default is 10 days.

Get Social Reviews for
Use this system default to define the entity to be reviewed in surveys.

  • Practice – Surveys will receive a survey to review the practice
  • Facilities – Surveys will receive a survey to review the facility
  • Provider – Surveys will receive a survey to review the provider

The default is Facilities.

Note: The Get Social Reviews for system default also determines which Social Media Review Links fields are displayed in the Social Media Review Links master file.

Eligibility (PM)

Enhanced Eligibility Information
We have enhanced the X12 eligibility request (data file) to include Relationship to subscriber and Group number information, two essential data elements that meet carrier requirements for successful eligibility checks and help return superior eligibility information.

Important Note: As part of this enhancement, the X12 eligibility request is now used by default to obtain eligibility data for all carriers. You can opt out of using the X12 eligibility request by selecting Portal as the Eligibility Type in the Carriers master file, indicating you want to check patient eligibility using the carrier’s portal.

Additionally, for those who want to run Portal eligibility checks, we have added a new Additional Auth field on the Carriers master file to allow you to enter a secondary authentication when it is required by the carrier portal login.
Go to Master Files | Carriers.

  • New system default to disable legacy Scheduler

*These features will be rolled out in stages over the next several months.

“The money I have invested in AdvancedMD is miniscule compared to the return. I have never been more efficient – ever – in my professional life as I am now.”

“[Our] patients are very well-educated and well-informed, and they want to see results quickly. The practice has to run extremely efficiently and be accessible to them. The nice thing about [AdvancedMD] is it has allowed me to be more efficient both in and out of the office. Now I don’t have to come back into the office, which is great for my family and everything else. It saves me a lot of time – probably an hour a day on the three days I work in the second office.”
