Master Files (PM)
Email and Text Templates
You can now create custom templates for the Appointment Reminders feature using the new Email and Text Templates master file. Templates can also be customized by adding merge fields. Once a template has been created, you can attach it to appointment types in the Appointment Types master file.
Important Note: Merge fields could disclose Protected Health Information (PHI). Review HIPAA requirements when communicating with patients.
Notes:
- This feature is part of AdvancedPatient® Suite. To order the AdvancedPatient Suite contact Client Support Services.
- This master file replaces the Appointment Reminders master file if you have purchased the AdvancedPatient Suite.
Go to Master Files | Templates | Email and Text Templates.
