We have updated the Patient Portal setup screen to display more information regarding the status of patient portal accounts.
We have added:
- l Portal account statuses that indicate:
- l If a patient does not have a portal account
- If an invitation has been sent but the patient has not yet enrolled
- When a patient last logged into their account
- A message indicating when a password reset message has been sent.
We have also enhanced patient portal password security to meet the latest industry standards.
