We are excited to announce the following updates to the AdvancedCQM module:

  • eCQM 2020 Report Bundle Available – Clients Should Replace Needed Templates
  • View Specific Performance Rate

eCQM 2020 Report Bundle – Clients Should Replace Needed Templates

The eCQM 2020 report bundle is now available in the AdvancedCQM module. Use the eCQM 2020 bundle to assess quality measure performance, review measure logic, and view reports for 2020 eCQMs.

As part of this enhancement, you’ll find that CMS has updated and removed some of the Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) for the 2020 performance period. Additionally, for better documentation and ease of use, all eCQM notes and subnotes for 2020 have changed. The Performed check box has been removed requiring fewer clicks to document a measure.

View Specific Performance Rate

Hovering over the Performance Rate indicator of a report measure now displays your specific Performance Rate. The indicator is rounded to the nearest whole number, but hovering displays the rate to two decimal places, so you can be sure it meets the benchmark.

Dashboard (PM)

We have updated the Public Reviews section on the Dashboard to accommodate a Facebook policy change for business reviews. As part of this change, you can now click View to open the Facebook page for your practice and see all reviews.

Additionally, the Survey Results section on the Dashboard will now show totals and averages only for Google survey results.

Prior to this change, the Facebook option in the Public Reviews section showed the average rating for Facebook reviews, and the Survey Results section included survey results for Facebook and Google reviews.

EDI Reports (PM)

Expanded Report Text Search

Now when you search for EDI statement run reports, the system searches both the statement report title and the body of the statement text to find reports that fit the search criteria.

Before this enhancement, the system searched in the body of the statement text only.

Reports (PM)

Check-in/Check-out Log – New Report

Use the Check-in/Check-out Log report to review a list of patients’ check-in and check-out times and see if an appointment was marked as canceled or no-show for a selected date. The report is grouped by provider and scheduled appointment time, and it includes the confirmation status, patient name, and column for each appointment. Filters include: Date, Patient, Provider Profile, and Appointment Type.

Check-in/Check-out Log – Detailed – New Report

Use the Check-in/Check-out Log – Detailed report to review a list of patients’ check-in and check-out times and see if an appointment was marked as canceled, no-show, or deleted for a selected date. This report reflects data in the Patient Checkout screen and includes comments on the appointment. The report is grouped by Provider. Filters include:

Appointment Date Range, Patient Filter, Provider Profile, Appointment Type, and Appointment Status.

Master Appointments with Insurance – New Report

Use the Master Appointments with Insurance report daily to print a list of appointments, including detailed appointment and insurance information. Your front desk can use this report to help track and manage the day’s appointments, as well as view patient insurance and portions that are paid or have payments pending.

Provider Master File (PM)

Separated Provider Name into Three Fields

We have changed the provider name field into three fields, Last, First, and Middle names, to clarify provider name components.

Existing provider names will automatically display in the new fields.

Patient Chart (EHR)

Referrals – Out Card – View, Edit, and Create Outbound Referrals

You can now view, edit, and create outbound referrals for a patient in EHR on the Referrrals – Out patient card. The Referrals – Out patient card displays all outbound referrals for the patient. Outbound referrals function the same as they do in PM.

Documents Card – View Community Cloud Documents

Community Cloud documents now only display on the patient card for five days after they were created, which prevents expired Community Cloud document links from displaying.
