We are happy to announce the release of a new note and patient form to the Family Practice specialty folder in the Template Library.

Family Practice

Go to EHR | Admin | Templates | Library | Family Practice.

Note

  • Visit – Female Annual Exam
    Use this note to document an annual exam for a female patient. The template includes fields for gynecologic/obstetric, social, and family history. Additionally, you can document the HPI, exam, and assessment.

Patient Forms

  • Visit – Female Annual Hx
    Use this patient form to document a female patient’s gynecologic/obstetric, social, and family history fields. If the patient form is filled out prior to the visit and saved to the patient’s chart, it will auto-fill if the User Preference is set to “Fill from last field Values.”

Bug Fixes (PM)

We have updated the system with the following fixes:

  • Issue 14121 – The Copay button on the Quick Charge Entry screen now works correctly when using Chrome version 74.0.3729.108. (PM)
  • Issue 14102 – Carrier and Procedure codes now displays correctly on the Quick Charge Entry screen when using Chrome version 74.0.3729.108. (PM)
